HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping takes about 8-10 weeks for most standard orders once the design is agreed upon and the contract is signed. For custom orders and/or orders of a smaller batch, it can take up to 10-12 weeks.
DO WE PROVIDE SAMPLES?
Yes, we can provide samples of the standard products. Should you need customizations, we can work together on the design and generate customized samples for you.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
Minimum order size varies by the bag type you choose. For T-Shirt bags our minimum order is 50K and for Tote bags it's 20K. For other bag types the minimum order will depend on the bag type and will range from 30K to 100K.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We will ship directly to the address provided by you in the contract.
DO YOU OFFER FAST SHIPPING
Yes, we can arrange for air shipping if you need to place a rush order. However air shipping is significantly higher cost.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns. We will work with you to provide you with samples to your satisfaction before the production begins.
Can I exchange an order?
We engage in very strict quality checks and guarantee delivery of products that match up with the sample agreed upon. However, in the unlikely event of a material difference between the sample agreed upon and the order fulfilled, we will reprocess your order for the unmatched quantities.
